In our Best Microsoft Partner to Work For award, we’re on the lookout for the most well-rounded Microsoft partner—with a laser-like focus on all elements of the partner’s employee brand.

Criteria

We’re looking for Microsoft partners who can demonstrate excellence in the following areas: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); CSR; sustainability; employee health and wellbeing; training and certification; talent attraction and retention in the partner ecosystem.

This award is for Microsoft partner organisations only.

Successful nominations should:

Describe how the nominee is excelling in at least two of the above criteria
Demonstrate how success in the above areas has led to increased talent attraction, retention and employee happiness
Reference key metrics and performance outcomes from the last 18 months
Include anything else relevant to this category that highlights the partner organisation's innovative and forward-thinking approach
