Kashif Naqshbandi

CMO and Co-founder
Kashif co-founded the Digital Revolution Awards in 2020 as a way to celebrate the successes of cloud organizations and individuals whose importance had often previously gone unnoticed. He serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Tenth Revolution Group, and has over two decades of recruitment experience, having cut his teeth in marketing after launching his own start-up during the dot com boom. A graduate of Imperial College London, he joined Tenth Revolution Group in 2012 and has taken the lead on product brand marketing strategies.

Allison Clark

Head of Events
A driven, multi-skilled professional with significant change and implementation management experience, Allison has a proven track record of delivering corporate and consumer events of varying scales, both in the UK and overseas. She joined the Digital Revolution Awards in 2022 and is an astute strategic planner, as well as an advocate for equality and diversity in the workplace. Her role within the awards is delivering our incredible in-person events, which have been brilliantly-received in locations around the world, raising money for our charity partners as a result of their success.

Natalie Floyd-Banks

Sales Director
Natalie has spent over a decade working in senior sales leadership roles and has worked in cloud technology with Tenth Revolution Group since 2017 across the UK, USA, and Benelux regions. With a passion for collaboration and brand-building, Natalie works closely with our sponsors and partners to align strategies and develop new and long-lasting relationships across ecosystems to grow the community. Building on the exponential growth of the Digital Revolution Awards to ensure strategic alignment within the constantly evolving tech space, Natalie ensures we remain all-encompassing in recognizing and celebrating the very best the industry has to offer.

Josie Middleton

Head of PR and Co-founder

A big believer in championing underrepresented and new voices, Josie has been involved with the Digital Revolution Awards since its inception back in 2020. With just under a decade of experience in PR and Digital PR, Josie joined Tenth Revolution Group in 2017 as Head of PR and Social Media for the business globally. She has also worked with some of the world’s largest publications, including the New York Times and The Guardian. Her day-to-day role within the awards is project manager, working with our judges, encouraging nominations, and ensuring the creative direction of the project, keeping everything running smoothly.

Amen Fab

Social Media Team Leader
Amen is responsible for the Digital Revolution Awards’ social media presence. From developing our strategy to creating social media campaigns and creating visual content, she liaises with our wider social media team to ensure our brand voice remains consistent. Amen has worked in marketing and business development roles in both the public and private sector since graduating from Aston University with a degree in Logistics Engineering, and uses that practical knowledge combined with a passion for storytelling to create campaigns that engage with our audience.

Andy Fury

Content Team Leader
With over two decades’ worth of experience creating content across a variety of channels, Andy is responsible for content produced by the Digital Revolution Awards. A diverse background that includes writing stand-up comedy for screen, radio and stage to journalism for a number of international publications, he joined Tenth Revolution Group in 2019 and has been with the Digital Revolution Awards from the beginning. From the scripts our hosts use at events around the world, to the words on our website, if you’ve read it Andy wrote it (unless it’s incorrect). A specialist in creating an engaging, highly personable end product, Andy handles any queries regarding content on our website.
