This award celebrates those working within technology that are out-striding other employers and making proactive efforts to promote inclusivity, foster diversity, and champion equality within their organisation and beyond.
Criteria
Our judges will be looking for nominees who demonstrate a commitment to supporting and promoting access to opportunities for all within IT.
Successful nominations should:
Outline the nominee's ED&I policies and initiatives and how they are tackling inequalities, discrimination, and bias in their organisation
Provide examples of their inclusive culture and how their intersectional approach to demographics such as age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, social mobility, disability, and gender has removed barriers to opportunity within their organisation
List the positive outcomes achieved from their ED&I initiatives
Reference anything else that supports their nomination, such as their application of employee insights
