Our Excellence in Learning and Development Award spotlights an organisation leading the way in addressing the tech skills gap through innovative L&D initiatives, surpassing expectations from its learners and contributing to the collective upskilling of the technology workforce.
Criteria
Judges will be looking for an organisation that showcases a commitment to cultivating tech skills and that can demonstrate a positive impact on business goals and a return on investment.
Successful nominations should:
Provide an overview of the L&D initiative or programme and why it deserves recognition (programmes can be in-house or developed by a specialist tech training provider)
Include a description of the approach adopted and cite tangible examples of how they are effectively tackling the tech skills gap
List key metrics, milestones, or performance outcomes achieved so far
Summarise why this is a forward-thinking or unique programme in the tech space
