Excellence in Learning and Development

Our Excellence in Learning and Development Award spotlights an organization leading the way in addressing the cloud skills gap, surpassing expectations from its learners, and contributing to the collective upskilling of the ecosystem’s workforce.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for an organization that showcases a commitment to cultivating cloud skills and that can demonstrate a positive impact on business goals and a return on investment.
Successful nominations should:
  • Provide an overview of the L&D initiative or program and why it deserves recognition (programs can be in-house or developed by a specialist cloud training provider)
  • Include a description of the approach adopted and cite tangible examples of how they are effectively tackling the cloud skills gap
  • List key metrics, milestones, or performance outcomes achieved so far
  • Summarize why this is a forward-thinking or unique program in the cloud space
