The Excellence in Salesforce award recognises exceptional use of Salesforce to drive measurable customer success through improved engagement, experience or retention.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for individuals, teams or organisations using Salesforce Cloud or Platform tools to deliver tangible improvements in customer success. Entries should reflect thoughtful use of Salesforce capabilities to address business goals related to customer experience. Open to partners and end users across any industry

Successful nominations should:

Demonstrate clear impact on customer experience, service or outcomes
Show effective use of Salesforce features such as automation, analytics or personalisation
Provide evidence of ROI or improvements in customer retention
Demonstrate scalability and alignment with broader organisational goals
