Returning once more as host for our 2023 UK and Global awards is Maxine Nwaneri.

Maxine is the Founder and CEO of The Future is Greater, a professional services firm that helps companies retain, develop, and advance top diverse talent to drive business results.

Her company has helped clients on five continents achieve extraordinary results through executive coaching, consulting, workshops and other solutions based on proprietary processes developed from over two decades of dedication to radical development and transformation.

Prior to setting up her practice, Maxine obtained her MBA from Cambridge University, and acquired over 15 years’ experience in the technology and financial services industries. Her work has been featured on TV and several stages and publications internationally including HuffPost, Success Magazine, and Thrive Global.

Joining us in Las Vegas as host of our awards ceremony and fundraiser is Dr Knatokie Ford

Dr. Knatokie Ford is Founder and CEO of Fly Sci Enterprise, an education and media consulting organization focused on leveraging the power of storytelling to promote social change, particularly in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.

She previously served as a Senior Policy Advisor at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy during the Obama Administration. In this role, she oversaw development and implementation of the “Image of STEM” project. Listed in the top 100 S&T accomplishments of the Obama Administration, the initiative was designed to raise visibility and improve the image of STEM fields and careers in order to help promote diversity in the industry.

Prior to working in the Obama Administration, Dr. Ford was a postdoctoral fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. She was a nominee in the Shero category of the inaugural Women’s Choice Awards in 2017 and is featured in the ‘Black Girls Rock!’ book by Beverly Bond.

Monique Morrow

Senior Distinguished Architect for Emerging Technologies at Syniverse Technologies

We’re delighted to welcome Monique Morrow as host of our Frankfurt awards ceremony and fundraiser.

With over 25 years of experience as a global technology leader, Monique Morrow is President and Co-Founder of The Humanized Internet, and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Cisco.

Monique’s current role involves providing thought leadership and helping the strategic direction and vision for Syniverse’s identified emerging technologies. Her specific focus areas include extensions of Distributed Ledger Technology [DLT] and other emerging components of Blockchain technologies.

Monique has been recognized in the industry for her tireless work on social good, including co-founding The Humanized Internet, a Swiss based non-profit with a focus on digital identity and ethics in technology. She holds over 11 patents and has co-authored several books, with Forbes Magazine listing her as one of the world’s top 50 women in tech.
