Kellen Wise

Managing Director – Business Technology Solutions | FORVIS
Kellen is a leader in FORVIS’ Business Technology Solutions division, specifically managing the Enterprise Solutions Group. He has more than 15 years of experience in the technology, operations, and process improvement areas of enterprises across multiple industries, including deep, international experience with private equity, wealth management, and retail businesses. Prior to moving into technologies, Kellen spent time as a Controller and CFO growing small start-ups into leading organizations. He helps clients achieve their goals by leveraging technology to improve processes and information visibility.

Yogi Dhanda

Managing Director, Global Head of IT | Morrow Sodali
Yogi leads technology for Morrow Sodali and is responsible for setting and executing the IT strategic roadmap for the organization. He has extensive experience in designing, delivering and managing strategic and transformational business and technology strategies that improve operational efficiencies, adhere to compliance and regulatory standards and create new revenue models. Having delivered a number of large strategic business and digital transformational programs within procurement, supply chain, environmental consulting and financial services, he is adept at understanding business complexities and leveraging IT, business management and program management expertise to move organizations forward.

Erin Hirtle

Talent Acquisition Lead | 3M

Erin has been in talent acquisition for over 17 years. She started her career recruiting medical professionals and expanded into technical recruitment in healthcare eleven years ago when she joined 3M. She has helped build technical teams throughout the USA, Canada, and Dublin, Ireland, focusing on but not limited to software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps, machine learning, AI, and speech scientists. Erin enjoys partnering closely with candidates, managers and industry organizations to stay focused on bringing diverse candidates of all levels to support building exceptional teams.

Matthew Farrell

Matt is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group and has been focused on Salesforce and the Salesforce ecosystem since 2008. During this time he has led multiple strategic initiatives and programs across functional capabilities, industries, and geographies. His current role sees him leading the Salesforce healthcare and public sector industry segments globally, which includes responsibility for originating and delivering the firm’s most strategic offerings, accounts and programs.

Stacey Whitaker

Director of Product Delivery | Innovate!
Stacey is an accomplished expert in leveraging Salesforce to drive business success. She has a wealth of experience building and consulting on the platform, helping companies of all sizes optimize the technology. Her leadership has been demonstrated as Trailblazer Community Group leader in Louisville, KY, and as the host of Campfire Stories, a podcast for Trailblazers. Stacey is a sought-after public speaker and has built a reputation for expertise. She has earned numerous Salesforce certifications and has even contributed to the creation of the credentialing exams. In recognition of her contributions to the Salesforce community of Leadership, Knowledge, and Generosity, she was inducted into the prestigious Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame.

Mary Myers

Mary Myers, owner of WorldMax, a Power Platform company and Microsoft MVP, has a rich background in technology and leading SMBs. She is a seasoned speaker and content creator known for being an SME in extending Dynamics with the Power Platform. Mary is also passionate about upskilling and empowering others to become successful in the Dynamics community—her efforts bridge her deep business acumen and tech skills, fostering inclusive growth and community development.

Beau Schwieso

Senior Engineering Manager | H-E-B
With 20 years of leadership experience in digital transformation across several manufacturing industries and 13 years of dedicated service as a seasoned software engineer and ERP implementer, Beau has consistently delivered strong results by removing barriers, setting clear goals, and holding himself and his team accountable for achieving them. His strengths in effective communication, strategic thinking, and execution have allowed Beau to build high-performing teams that are aligned around a common vision and focused on achieving exceptional results.

Tiffany Spencer

Founder and CEO | Tech Forward Solutions
Tiffany is a 7x certified Salesforce professional and Salesforce MVP with over 15 years of experience leading digital transformations for small to large corporations utilizing the Salesforce platform. She is the founder and CEO of Tech Forward Solutions, a Salesforce Consulting Partner that focuses on training, technology, and talent. She’s also the founder and CEO of Tech Forward, a nonprofit organization that exposes marginalized communities to cloud and SaaS-based technologies and career paths to help participants become more marketable, obtain higher-paying jobs and career opportunities. In 2022 Tiffany spearheaded a new community conference, Dreamin’ In Color, which hosted over 250 participants and sponsors seeking to increase opportunities for current and aspiring Black Salesforce professionals.

Tracy Bell

Senior Director, Services | SIS, LLC

Tracy has almost 20 years of construction industry expertise, with roles ranging from IT leadership of a top ENR construction company to executive leadership in professional services. Experienced in IT strategy, software selection, implementation, and data services, her passion for digital transformation through quality delivery brought her to SIS, where she guides service delivery to align with the business objectives of the firm’s enterprise construction clients. Tracy is a member of the IRONPROS for Construction Editorial Advisory Board, serves on the AGC of MO ConTech Conference Advisory Committee, and was listed as one of Constructech’s 2019 Women in Construction.

Viktor Lesiv

Vice President Professional Services | SIS, LLC

Viktor is a global services delivery expert with over 17 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) experience. He is responsible for the overall operations leadership and Dynamics 365 solution delivery across the organization. Viktor’s deep expertise is in leading operations and services to deliver successful and referenceable ERP and CRM customer implementations. He is instrumental in substantially growing ERP practices, expanding their services capabilities and standardizing methodology and tools for Services Delivery. Viktor is a graduate of Kyiv National University, Cybernetics Faculty.

Gary Maio

COO and Managing Partner | Data Vision Group
As COO and Managing Partner at Data Vision Group, Gary manages daily operations and cultivates critical relationships in corporate and public safety sectors. With 23 years at the NYPD and a Medal for Valor recipient, he brings a unique blend of frontline experience and leadership. Gary is instrumental in developing intelligence centers and has authored a state fusion model and CONOPS. Committed to advancing public safety and welfare with innovative technology, he also focuses on strategic planning, staff development, financial management, and fostering a positive culture at DVG.

Sven Loberg

Managing Director, Field CTO | Accenture Google Business Group

Sven is Managing Director at Accenture, where he serves as Chief Technologist of the firm’s Accenture Google Business Group and North America Google capability lead. His current focus is partnering with clients to accelerate the incremental modernization of their existing portfolios while enabling new product innovation through the adoption of Google Cloud and open technologies. He also serves as global lead for Open Source technologies. Sven joined Accenture in 2001, focused on custom development and has been part of the evolving organization ever since. He has worked across all industries, with a primary focus in financial services, and specializes in enterprise architecture and large-scale transformational initiatives involving next-generation applications.

Kent Luton

General Manager, Salesforce Americas | Wipro
Kent serves as General Manager for Wipro Salesforce Services Practice and leads their go-to market and sales across Americas. He has over 20 years’ experience delivering transformational programs across industries, with a focus on strategic business and operational priorities in sales, service, experience and consumer engagement channels for many Global 500 companies.

Rick Ritzler

Chief Talent Officer | G2O
Rick is the Chief Talent Officer at G2O, the largest privately held digital experience and technology consulting firm in Ohio. Since joining the company in 1998, he is credited with building, training and managing a highly productive, well-respected team of talent acquisition and engagement professionals who support the company’s CX transformation and staff augmentation divisions. He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Columbus State Community College, helping shape workforce development programs that ensure a jobs-ready technology talent pipeline for Ohio.

Jim Brzusek

GenAI Partner Sales Manager | AWS
Jim is currently GenAI Partner Sales Manager, supporting the Eastern Region at AWS for commercial enterprise business, and focused on GenAI, Analytics, Database, Migrations to the AWS cloud, as well as business plans to help customer executives exceed their goals with AWS. He has worked at AWS for over five years and prior to that has been Direct Sales VP and Manager at Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft and other large technology companies. Jim was selected as AWS Partner Salesperson of the Year in 2020 for the southern region by his peers, and direct sales team. Jim is passionate about creating customer success with the AWS Partner ecosystem.

Casey Dodd

Vice President of Information Technology | Royal Engineered Composites
Casey Dodd serves as the Vice President of Information Technology for Royal Engineered Composites and oversees all aspects of IT solution and service delivery. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of Kansas. Bringing 30 years of IT experience when joining the company a year ago, Casey has redesigned Royal’s IT organizational model to achieve its digital transformation goals and led the successful transition to a cloud-based ERP platform.

Robin Horstmann
