Our AI Innovation Award honours an individual, team, or organisation that has delivered an innovative, scalable AI-driven solution within the last 18 months, that resulted in measurable business or social impact through the responsible use of AI.

Criteria

This award recognises an individual, team, or organisation for developing an outstanding AI-based solution, product, or initiative that demonstrates:

Innovation – A novel or creative approach to solving a specific problem through AI
Impact – Evidence of measurable improvements in efficiency, performance, revenue, user experience, or social outcomes
Scalability – The solution’s ability to scale effectively or operate at enterprise level
Responsible AI – Consideration of fairness, transparency, privacy, and ethical deployment of AI technologies

Successful nominations should:

Explain the problem or opportunity the AI solution addressed
Describe the AI technologies and techniques used (e.g., ML, NLP, computer vision, GenAI)
Detail the results, with data or examples to support business or user impact
Highlight any innovation in model design, integration, or AI application
Demonstrate how responsible AI practices were applied (e.g., bias mitigation, data governance, explainability)
