In our Best Salesforce Partner to Work For award, we’re on the lookout for the most well-rounded Salesforce partner—with a laser-like focus on all elements of the partner’s employee brand.

Criteria

We’re looking for Salesforce partners who can demonstrate excellence in the following areas: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI); CSR; sustainability; employee health and wellbeing; training and certification; talent attraction and retention in the partner ecosystem.
This award is for Salesforce partner organisations only.

Successful nominations should:
  • Describe how the nominee is excelling in at least two of the above criteria
  • Demonstrate how success in the above areas has led to increased talent attraction, retention and employee happiness
  • Reference key metrics and performance outcomes from the last 18 months
  • Include anything else relevant to this category that highlights the partner organisation's innovative and forward-thinking approach
