Digital Transformation Project of the Year

This award celebrates a project that has fundamentally transformed an organisation’s operations, customer engagement, or service delivery through the effective use of digital technology.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for a clear and strategic approach to transformation, with evidence of strong execution, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value creation through digital innovation. Open to any sector and any technology, the project must have been delivered or significantly progressed within the last 18 months.

Successful nominations should:

Present clear and well-defined transformation goals supported by a structured delivery plan
Demonstrate measurable improvements in business performance, such as efficiency, revenue growth, or customer satisfaction
Provide evidence of strong change management and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Include proof of scalability, sustainability, or lasting impact on the organisation
