This award recognises an individual, team or organisation that has delivered an outstanding AI solution, product or initiative.

Judges will be looking for:

Clear innovation

A distinctive use of AI to solve a defined business, industry or social challenge.

Measurable impact

Evidence of improved performance, efficiency, revenue, accessibility, customer experience or community outcomes.

Scalability and adoption

Proof the solution can grow, integrate effectively or support wider use across teams, markets or customers.

Responsible AI

Clear consideration of data privacy, fairness, transparency, security, governance and ethical deployment.

Human value

Evidence that AI enhanced decision-making, productivity, creativity or service delivery rather than adding complexity.

Successful nominations should

  • Explain the problem, opportunity or unmet need the AI solution addressed.
  • Describe the AI technology or approach used, such as machine learning, generative AI, automation, NLP, computer vision or predictive analytics.
  • Show what changed as a result, using data, examples, testimonials or performance outcomes.
  • Highlight what makes the solution different, smarter or more effective than previous approaches.
