Our Excellence in ServiceNow® award celebrates the use of ServiceNow to streamline workflows and enhance operations through tangible improvements using the Now Platform.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for individuals, teams or organisations using ServiceNow to improve service delivery, operational efficiency or business performance. Entries may focus on internal process improvement, customer service, or strategic IT outcomes. Open to organisations, partners and individuals working within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Successful nominations should:

Demonstrate improved workflow efficiency or service speed
Show innovative use of ServiceNow modules or automation capabilities
Provide evidence of positive impact on employee or customer experience
Present measurable ROI, cost savings or satisfaction gains
