The Outstanding Leader of the Year award recognises an exceptional individual who has driven significant tech achievements, inspired teams and delivered measurable impact within their organisation or community.

Criteria

Judges will be looking for a standout leader who has made a meaningful difference through the use of technology. This may include delivering major programmes, shaping organisational strategy, empowering teams or influencing the wider industry. Open to individuals across all technology ecosystems, regardless of job title or organisation size.

Successful nominations should:

Provide evidence of strong, visionary leadership and effective decision-making
Show tangible organisational or project achievements delivered under their guidance
Demonstrate a commitment to team development, diversity and inclusion
Highlight positive influence or advocacy within the broader tech ecosystem
