Judges will be looking for individuals who have made a significant and lasting contribution to the technology community by sharing knowledge, inspiring others and helping their technology ecosystem grow through leadership, collaboration and advocacy.
Judges will be looking for:

Evidence of making a meaningful impact through community initiatives, user groups, events, online forums, open-source projects or other activities that support the wider technology ecosystem.
Knowledge sharing
A commitment to educating and empowering others through speaking engagements, blogs, podcasts, webinars, videos, newsletters, technical content, mentoring or training.
Leadership and influence
Demonstrated ability to bring people together, encourage collaboration and positively influence the growth, accessibility or success of a technology community.
Championing inclusion
Evidence of creating welcoming, diverse and inclusive opportunities that encourage participation, remove barriers and support underrepresented groups within technology.
Innovation and advocacy
Promoting new ideas, technologies or best practices while helping others understand, adopt and benefit from emerging technologies.
Lasting impact
Clear evidence that their contribution has created sustainable value, influenced others or strengthened the technology ecosystem beyond a single initiative or event.
